I mentioned previously how many tablets and ‘powdered
drinks’ I am consuming per day and thought it might be helpful to some readers
to list and explain what I know.
The idea behind this is to completely detox my body and to
get rid of all metals in my body, which have built up over long years.
Funny really how in the past my idea of detoxing was not to
drink wine for a week or so……………. Laughable really, to think how unhealthy my
lifestyle was without realising it. I really thought that eating ‘low fat’
food, eating veggies and salad and drinking two liters of water a day, was a
healthy lifestyle…………. No, it wasn’t! I know that now.
Detoxing is not only about addressing what we eat and drink
( or better in my case what I ate and drunk), but also about the mental state.
As I see it , it is about ‘clearing everything out’, cleaning all organs as
well as the head / mind / soul. But, for now, I will talk about the body detoxing
in terms of supplements etc.
After waking up:
1. 1 tea spoon of Allergosan Stress (also known as Omni Biotic Stress) in a glass of water (tasteless)
2. 1 tea spoon Zeolith in a glass of water (tastes like dirty gritty sand)

18. 3 Globuli also known as ‘Enos-Enzym+klotho-Protein+PGC-1 Alphaprotein. Disolves under tongue.
19. 7 Tablets of Pflueger (number 7) Schuessler Salze
20. 5 Tablets of Pflueger (number 25) Schuessler

Mid morning:
21. Cellfood (week 1- 10 drops, week 2 -15 drops, week 3 – 20 drops, week 4 – 30 drops , thereafter 40 drops in a glass of water). It tastes like ‘sick’, simply vile beyond belief. (I tend to reward myself with a couple of dates afterwards, just to get rid of the disgusting taste)
Mid morning:
21. Cellfood (week 1- 10 drops, week 2 -15 drops, week 3 – 20 drops, week 4 – 30 drops , thereafter 40 drops in a glass of water). It tastes like ‘sick’, simply vile beyond belief. (I tend to reward myself with a couple of dates afterwards, just to get rid of the disgusting taste)

Caricol (tastes like guava, quite enjoy taking this one)
Late mid morning:
23. 30 drops of Biologo in a glass of water. (looks like mud, but tastes ok)

24. A 1.5 liter bottle of water into which I add Phoenix
Detoxifying drops from 4 different bottles: ( week 1 - 15 drops from each
bottle, week 2- 20 drops, week 3 – 30 drops, week 4 – 40 drops and thereafter
60 drops per bottle, that is 240 drops to be added to a bottle of water. Yes, I
can taste it and no, I don’t really enjoy it, but hey, needs must!
With Lunch:
12. 2 tablets Niacel
18. 3 tablets Globuli
After Lunch:
22. 1 tube of Allergosan Caricol
21. Cellfood in glass of water (still tastes like puke)

wow - good that you have not got Alzheimer as you would not remember what to take when. So do you eat actually ? I mean food ? like apple, chicken etc.
ReplyDeleteI had to write myself an idiot proof timetable :-), which is on me at all times, so I dont forget. I am juicing a lot, ( green ones: with broccoli, spinach, apples, ginger, lemon, advocado, and red ones: red peppers, blue berries, carrots, apples, ginger, beet root etc), an am eating home made porridge for breakfast with lots of nuts and seeds and banana, lots of salads, and veggies with goats cheese. I no longer eat meat, chicken, some fish ( am fine with small , less toxic fish, so no tuna sadly and only wild salmon not farmed salmon), no dairy, so no cheese, no joghurt, no milk. I make my own almond milk daily.......... so overall a total change in diet. I do give in to dark ( over 70%) chocolate and a glass of red wine every now and then. ( Both, chocolate and wine, were part of my staple diet previously. I figured I need to keep something 'naughty' in my life................
